1. Introduction and Commitment
Volcano Technology Advertising Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates Big Win Bingo and Solitaire Bucks (each a "Service", together the "Services"). In the United States, the Services are operated by Source Codes Entertainment Inc, a wholly-owned US subsidiary of Volcano Technology Advertising Limited.
We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for our players. This Responsible Gaming Policy sets out the tools, protections, and resources we make available to our players, and the standards to which we hold ourselves.
This Policy applies to both Services and to all players, whether in Free-Play Mode or Real-Money Mode.
2. Nature of Our Services
Big Win Bingo and Solitaire Bucks are skill-based competition games in which outcomes are determined predominantly by the player's skill rather than by chance. They are legally distinct from gambling or games of chance under U.S. law (applying the predominant factor test).
Skill-based games in the United States are not subject to a single unified gaming regulator. Instead, oversight is distributed across federal, state, and industry-level bodies. The relevant authorities and consumer protection organizations are listed on our Player Protection page.
Although our Services are skill-based rather than gambling, we recognise that any activity involving real money can, for some individuals, become problematic. This Policy applies our responsible-gaming standards to our Services regardless of legal classification.
3. Age Restriction
The Services are strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly permit registration or play by any individual under 18. Age is verified during KYC via Sumsub, and any account found to belong to a minor is immediately closed and any deposits returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4. Player Self-Protection Tools
The following self-protection tools are available to help you manage your play. To activate any of these, please contact responsiblegaming@volcanoskillbingo.com.
4.1 Cooling-Off Period
You may request a temporary pause on your account for a fixed period, during which real-money features are disabled. Available periods:
- 24 hours
- 7 days
- 30 days
During a cooling-off period, you may not deposit funds or enter real-money competitions. You may continue to withdraw existing account balances subject to identity verification and fraud review.
4.2 Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a longer-term step in which your account is closed to real-money features. Available periods:
- 6 months
- 1 year
- 5 years
- Permanent
During self-exclusion, we will not knowingly permit you to open a new account, and we will use reasonable measures (including device fingerprinting and identity checks) to detect and prevent circumvention. Self-exclusion cannot be lifted before the selected period ends. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
4.3 Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time. Pending verified winnings will be processed for withdrawal before closure, subject to identity verification and fraud review.
4.4 How to Activate Any Tool
To request activation of any tool above, email responsiblegaming@volcanoskillbingo.com with:
- Your Service (Big Win Bingo or Solitaire Bucks)

9. Protection of Player Funds
Real-money funds deposited by players are held in a segregated bank account, kept separate from the Company's operational funds. The Company's approach to the custody, segregation, reserve coverage, and non-commingling of player funds is set out in the Company's Player Funds Custody and Protection Policy, available on request.
In the event of cessation of operations, insolvency, or wind-up, the Company's policy is that outstanding player balances shall be returned to players in full, with priority over discretionary distributions to shareholders or other unsecured creditors.
