1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Big Win Bingo and Solitaire Bucks (each a "Service", together the "Services"), issued by Volcano Technology Advertising Limited (Incorporated in Hong Kong, China (Company Registration No.: 3243064)). In the United States, the Services are operated by Source Codes Entertainment Inc, a wholly-owned US subsidiary of Volcano Technology Advertising Limited, incorporated in the State of Colorado, United States, with its registered address at 1800 Gaylord Street, Denver, CO 80206, United States (collectively, "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By creating an account, downloading either app, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To use the Services, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. The Services are strictly prohibited for individuals under 18.
- Geographic Location: You must be physically located in a U.S. state or territory where skill-based prize gaming is legally permitted. Real-money gameplay is currently unavailable in the following restricted states: Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Vermont. Outside the United States, the Services are available in the United Kingdom only.
- Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Single Account: You may only maintain one account per Service. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent termination.
The Services use GPS technology, IP geolocation (IPInfo), and device verification (TrustDecision) to confirm your physical location. Users in restricted states or jurisdictions will be blocked from real-money features. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws.
3. Account Registration and Identity Verification (KYC)
To access real-money features, you must complete our identity verification process:
- Download the applicable app from the Apple App Store.
- Register with your email address and mobile phone number.
- Complete KYC verification powered by Sumsub: upload a government-issued ID document, complete a facial recognition and liveness check, and confirm your age (18+).
- Your physical location is verified via GPS and IP geolocation before real-money gameplay is enabled.
- Your account is permanently linked to your verified identity, email address, mobile number, and device fingerprint (TrustDecision).
You must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at the applicable customer service email listed in Section 11 of any unauthorized account access.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including for provision of false information or breach of these Terms.
4. Nature of the Services — Skill-Based Gaming
Big Win Bingo and Solitaire Bucks are skill-based mobile games in which outcomes are determined predominantly by the player's skill rather than by chance. These games are legally distinct from gambling or games of chance under U.S. law (applying the predominant factor test).
The Services offer two modes of play:
- Free-Play Mode: Users participate using free virtual diamonds awarded by the platform. Free diamonds cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash and have no monetary value.
- Real-Money Mode: Users who have passed identity verification and geolocation checks may deposit funds and participate in real-cash skill competitions. Winnings may be withdrawn to a connected PayPal account.
The Company actively monitors gameplay for cheating, exploitation, and unfair play. Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential legal action. The Company's determination of rule violations is final.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The Services accept: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in USD. Payments are handled by third-party processors including Checkout.com and Forter.
5.2 Transaction Limits

5.3 Withdrawals
Winnings may be withdrawn to your connected PayPal account. Direct card payouts via Visa Direct and Mastercard MoneySend are in the process of being enabled. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and fraud review. The Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, rule violations, or chargebacks.
6. Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy
This section constitutes the Company's Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy as required by Visa and Mastercard card scheme rules.
6.1 General Policy
All purchases of in-game currency and one-time transactions are final and non-refundable once completed, except as required by applicable law or as set out below.
6.2 Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at the Company's sole discretion where:
- A verified technical error on the part of the Company prevented delivery of purchased content.
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error.
- A transaction was made fraudulently without the account holder's authorization (subject to investigation).
6.3 Refund Process
To request a refund, contact the applicable customer service email listed in Section 11 within 14 days of the transaction, providing your account details, transaction ID, and reason. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6.4 Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting the applicable customer service email listed in Section 11. Any unused virtual currency at cancellation is non-refundable except as required by law. Pending verified winnings will be processed for withdrawal before account closure, subject to fraud review.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in jurisdictions where skill-based prize gaming is prohibited, or misrepresent your location.
- Create multiple accounts, or use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any part of the Services.
- Upload or transmit malicious software, spam, or unauthorized content.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, software, trademarks, and materials comprising the Services are the exclusive property of Volcano Technology Advertising Limited or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. All virtual currency and in-game assets remain the sole property of Volcano Technology Advertising Limited at all times.
9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOLCANO TECHNOLOGY ADVERTISING LIMITED AND SOURCE CODES ENTERTAINMENT INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration award shall be final and binding. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the cause of action arising.
